Artificial intelligence&nbsp;(AI) is the intelligence of&nbsp;<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Machine" title="Machine">machines</a>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Software" title="Software">software</a>, as opposed to the intelligence of other living beings, primarily&nbsp;<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_intelligence" title="Human intelligence">of humans</a>. It is a&nbsp;<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Field_of_study" title="Field of study">field of study</a>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computer_science" title="Computer science">computer science</a>&nbsp;that develops and studies intelligent machines. Such machines may be called AIs.
